How to place an order? Simply browse through the categories, choose the item and size, and add to the cart. At the end of the process, choose the payment method and confirm the order.

What payment methods are available? We accept credit/debit card, MB WAY, Multibanco, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

What are the shipping costs? Mainland Portugal — €5.00 | Madeira and Azores — €14.00 | Spain — €7.00 | Europe — from €16.00

What is the delivery time? Orders are sent by registered mail within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

How to make an exchange or return? We accept exchanges and returns within 15 days of purchase, by sending an email to info@tictacbabies.pt. Items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not accept returns of personalised products.
