Where to Buy
Website: Browse the various product categories: Baby, Girl and Boy, where you can see the various pieces from our collection. Those you wish to purchase must select the “Add to cart” option. You can add all the items you want in the Shopping Cart, since you can change the quantities and sizes and even delete items you do not want to order. You will only pay for items found in the Shopping Cart when you validate your order, at the end of the process.
Facebook: Follow our facebook page where we also have photos of our pieces and contact us directly.
Email: If you prefer you can send us an email to email@example.com with the name and size of the articles you want. We respond by indicating the availability of stock and the total amount to be paid. After confirmation of the bank transfer we will proceed to send the purchased parts. After placing your order you have 24 hours to pay it, or it will be automatically canceled.
Exchanges and returns
We accept exchanges and returns if requested through the email firstname.lastname@example.org and within 15 days after purchase. The part (s) must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the reason for the return. To avoid losses, exchanges and returns must be sent by registered mail. Courier charges are the responsibility of the customer and we do not accept collect shipping. If the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order processing, the postage will be refunded. If a refund occurs, it will be made in the same way as the payment was made and if all conditions of return of the product are verified.
Shipping: All purchases are sent by registered mail to any part of the world according to the following table:

Orders sent by registered mail are delivered within 1 or 2 business days after purchase in Portugal and Islands. Please note that shipments to international destinations may be subject to customs taxes or import duties that differ from country to country and the value of which we are unable to predict. You should contact your local authorities for more information. Orders are always sent by registered mail, which requires a signature upon delivery. We recommend that you provide an address where someone can do it. Although we use all available means to ensure that your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Paypal/Credit Card: If the purchase is made in the online store, payment must be made through the Paypal system, which accepts several credit cards. Bank transfer: When making a bank transfer to the indicated NIB, you must enter, as a reference, your first and last name. You can also make the transfer using the ATM. In both cases, you must send us the proof by email so that we can confirm the payment and proceed with the shipment of the order.
